Friedelsheim GSPs is currently planning a breeding between Thunder & Daisey to occur in January 2009. This outstanding breeding has a strong emphasis on producing a outstanding dual quality versatile gun dog that will have a sound temperament and will excel in the field and as a member of the family. We are expecting the puppies out of this breeding to have outstanding conformation and will excel in NAVHDA, AKC Hunt Tests and Walking Trials, and many more competiton and hunting venues.
Thunder is the son of VC Jacob vd Westwind MH and Sundance Dixie Chick UT I. He is a consistent performer in the field and water and has all the necessary characteristics required in a versatile hunting dog. His points in the field are picture perfect with the high head and tail and his desire in the water is relentless. Thunder has been hunted on a variety of upland and waterfowl birds. Whether we are hunting ducks and geese here at home in Maryland or hunting the prairies of the mid west to the Appalachian grouse woods he has proven his versatility time and time again. He is truly a great dog to be around.
Daisey is a young female from our 2006 breeding between VC Merrymeetings Hubertus MH and Stormin Morgan von Ebersole SH UT II NA I. Daisey has a great balance of drive and cooperation and has proven herself time and time again on the wild birds of the west. Daisey's hips were also evaluated as OFA Excellent.
This litter will be AKC and NAVHDA Registered.
